Really like Fords of Winsford. This is our fourth vehicle from them. You know what to expect, no back-and-forth, and they give a fair price for your trade-in. The service is super efficient and smooth.

The service here is top-notch and super friendly. You can stroll around and check out all the cars without feeling any pressure. I also snagged a sweet deal on my part exchange. Julie Williams was amazing and really went out of her way to help me.

Getting in touch with the sales rep over the phone was not great, and a lot of my calls went unanswered.

When I picked up my car, I was only then told that there were no manuals, just handed three sheets of paper.

You can check out cars at your own pace without any sales folks breathing down your neck, which is pretty great. There's a solid selection of vehicles, and all the info you need on each one is easy to find.

The receptionist crew was super nice and really helpful, making us feel right at home. Abdul, the salesman, was fantastic—warm and friendly. He provided us with tons of info to help us choose what was best for us, and he stayed with us all the way until we signed the papers and got our new ride.

This was a super simple buying experience, really straightforward. Paul was quite the pro and didn’t push me at all to buy any of those extras that come with a car deal these days. I'd totally suggest Fords of Winsford to my friends and family.

The service was really good, but man, this car superstore is massive! However, they only work with one finance company, Close Brothers, which isn’t ideal. There are plenty of other options in the UK, but I’m not a fan of Close Brothers. Before we bought the car, the saleswoman gave us some different numbers—10.5% interest—but when we applied for financing, it jumped to 13.9%. That’s an extra £1500 I didn’t plan on! Ford of Winford doesn’t have any finance options in-house, so Close Brothers can set whatever rates they want. A lot of other car superstores offer financing with deposits of £500 or £1000 for cars worth 20 or 25k, but Close Brothers made us cough up a whopping £4986 deposit. Then they lent us the rest at that crazy 13.9% rate. It’s just wild! I get that Ford of Winford isn’t directly responsible, but they really ought to have a few more finance companies in their lineup. Otherwise, folks are gonna blame them for these finance issues. On a positive note, the lady who helped us was super nice and really helpful.

Great service from start to finish when it came to picking up my car. My only complaint is that they promised to return calls but didn’t follow through. The ladies at the call center were excellent.
